We’re Valentina Andreozzi and Mattia Ordine, a couple united by a love for creating a welcoming and beautiful space. Our paths may have begun differently (Valentina from Turin with a passion for hair, Mattia from Finale Ligure with a hospitality background), but in Lanzarote, our dreams intertwined to form “La Tabla Family.”

Mattia’s Culinary Journey
Mattia’s passion for hospitality led him from bartending to California and Germany, eventually landing him in Lanzarote. There, “Pura Vida” became the first chapter, and a bigger dream simmered – “La Tabla,” a tapas restaurant where his love for food could shine through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Valentina’s Artistic Touch
Valentina, meanwhile, knew her path was linked to beauty. At the tender age of 18, she embarked on her journey as a hairdresser and stylist, honing her skills at the prestigious G3 academy in Turin. Her passion for this art led her to work in three different salons, always seeking to learn and perfect her skills. Upon moving to Lanzarote, she continued her education and increased her experience, mastering the latest trends and techniques to transform hair into true works of art.

“La Tabla” rose from a small venue to a local favorite, a place where Mattia’s culinary passion meets the art of hospitality. Valentina, though not directly involved in the restaurant, shares his dedication to creating beautiful experiences.
